Wedding season has begun! But looking at this first picture you wouldn't think so...
Sarah & Evan got married just a couple of weeks ago in Howell. On Saturday morning I arrived at the Kiilunen household to THIS: cold, dreary, wet snow. In April. Imagine that. They say rain is good luck on your wedding day, so I say SNOW in APRIL is GREAT luck. Regardless of the weather, it was a fun day full of love and excitement. You could not get two more laid back, easy going people than Evan & Sarah.
Her SHOES!! How fun are these?! LOVE.
Kelly Daavettila did a fabulous job on everyone's hair.

What a fun Idea! As part of their gifts Sarah gave all of the girls disposable cameras to take pictures throughout the day.
I really don't know if it gets any better than a wedding dress with pockets...
Evan, patiently waiting for his bride.
Poor Sarah was a trooper toughing out the cold.. it wasn't just snowing it was also windy! We ended up finding a small patch of grass to try for a least a few photos with no snow.
What a guy... Evan carried her all the way across the yard. :)

Unfortunately by the time it was their turn, the snow started up again, so we cut it short and took a few more at the church with family photos.
From L to R:
Todd, Kyle, Quinn, Morgan, Evan, Ryan, Henrik, & Brad
We added Tara in a few, as she was Sarah's personal attendant.

Dave & his Girls:
The Impolas, minus one- Garrett is in the Marines & could not make it to the wedding.
So they improvised and made a makeshift Garrett... how great is that?!
Joan Heinonen made the cake, and Julie L'Esperance did the flowers (Floral Designs by Julie)

Congratulations Sarah & Evan! Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day. Wishing you both a lifetime of love & happiness.
